By Car: Follonica is located on the SS1 Aurelia highway, which runs along the coast of Tuscany. It is approximately 150 km south of Florence and 210 km north of Rome. From Florence, take the A1 highway towards Rome, then exit at Firenze Signa and follow the signs for Livorno. From Livorno, take the SS1 Aurelia highway towards Grosseto, and Follonica is about 40 km south of Grosseto.

By Plane: The closest airports are Pisa International Airport and Florence International Airport. From Pisa, take the train to Follonica, which takes approximately 2 hours.
